Welcome!

I’m a licensed psychotherapist working with adults in their 20s and 30s in person on the Upper West Side of NYC and virtually throughout New York & New Jersey.

Grief comes in many forms - the loss of a loved one, an old way of life, or a belief system. I offer psychodynamic therapy for adults seeking support in making meaning through these painful transitions.

I specialize in religious trauma, grief & bereavement, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, and LGBTQIA+ issues. My work is rooted in psychodynamic therapy and incorporates CBT & DBT skills according to each client's needs.

I hold a Bachelors degree (BA) in Psychology from McGill University and a Masters degree (MA) from the City College of New York in Mental Health Counseling. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York State & a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey. I completed one additional year of postgraduate training in interpersonal psychoanalysis at the William Alanson White Institute in New York City. I have been in private practice since 2022, when I first received my license in New York.
