Welcome!

I’m a licensed psychotherapist working with adults in their 20s and 30s in New York & New Jersey.

I have always loved stories. I am fascinated by the ways people make meaning of their experiences and come to understand who they are. This curiosity is what led me to become a therapist, and it continues to inspire the work I do today. I believe therapy is not only a place for healing from pain and trauma, but also a space to explore deeper questions: Who am I? Who do I want to become?

Insight Oriented

My work is grounded in helping you uncover the roots of the patterns that are keeping you stuck. Together, we’ll gently challenge unhelpful thoughts and explore how they came to be. I believe that meaningful change comes from understanding, not only changing behaviors, but connecting the “why” beneath them.

Nonjudgemental

Safety and trust are essential in therapy. I strive to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and understood. The therapeutic relationship itself can be a powerful tool for insight and growth. By noticing how patterns emerge in our dynamic, we can better understand how you relate to others in your life and begin to shift those patterns.

Culturally Sensitive & Informed

My approach is feminist, systemic, and culturally responsive. I invite you to bring your cultural background, values, and beliefs into the therapy space. These elements are vital to understanding how you express emotion, navigate relationships, and see yourself. I have worked with individuals across a wide spectrum of cultural, racial, religious, gender, and sexual identities, and I am committed to honoring and learning from each client’s lived experience.
